REFUND AND EXCHANGE 


Our goal is for your kids to fall in love with our products. If you’re not satisfied with any item purchased, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise or products with manufacturing defects for a full refund or exchange within 15 days of order delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition with all labels intact, including those sewn inside the product.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE AT THE STORE 

Bring your original receipt and items for an exchange or a refund to any OK Kids or Calin Caline store. Refunds are processed at the POS, you must present the original receipt at the time of the exchange or the refund. No Exchange or refund will be issued without the original receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Orders with Paypal as methode of payment cannot be returned at the store, only by mail. 

REFUND AND EXCHANGE BY MAIL 

To return the items by mail simply follow these 3 steps described below.

1. Place the items you wish to return and the packing slip in the bag.

2. Seal the bag and affix the provided return label on top of the bag.

3. Drop-off the bag at any Canada Post Office.

The Refund or exchange is issued within 5 business days of receiving the items.OK Kids is not responsible for any lost or damaged items due to shipping.

EXCEPTIONS 

 

1. No items may be returned or exchanged in the stores between Black Friday and Cyber Monday or on December 26 and 27.

2. In the interest of hygiene, all swimwear are final sale, no exchange or refund will be issued at anytime.
